Did you protect your username and your accounts with passwords like "Superman", "qwerty" or "password", then you might as well don't bother. These passwords are among the world's most used, and thus the first ones potential hackers will try.

The most commonly used password is "123456" followed by "password" and "12345678". Classical "qwerty" has not departed either, and is the 5th most used password.

Here is the list:

If you use one of these you should change it immediately, and if you lack the imagination to come up with a strong password by yourself, use a Password Generator to save the day!
