Cecilia Brækhus is a Norwegian professional boxer and former kickboxer. In boxing she has reigned as the undisputed female welterweight champion since 2014, and is the first woman in any weight class to hold the WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO titles simultaneously.

Before Saturday's fight against Swedish Mikaela Laurén, where all the titles are at stake, the two met for a so-called staredown, but then Laurén suddenly leaned forward and kissed the surprised Norwegian fighter, who laughingly gave her a little slap in return.

It is predicted that Mikaela Laurén is in for a tough evening on Saturday, but she is self-confident.

- I've never been better. And I'm going to knock Cecilia out. Otherwise I would not have been here. I can hardly win on points so I have to go for a knockout, Mikaela Laurén said before the iconic kiss.

But Brækhus naturally doubts that Laurén has a chance of winning.

- For every match it will be tougher for me. But on Sunday I'm still the world champion, said Cecilia Brækhus.
