A Swedish golf player had to run when a moose calf suddenly went to attack and gave him some unexpected resistance on the golf course in Karlstad on Tuesday.
- It could have gone really bad, says Tony Swahn on the phone from Karlstad.
He began to film with his cellphone when the moose suddenly came out on the golf course and seemed interested in his friend Christer Sjögren.
- Christer was quite scared when he stood eye to eye with the moose calf. None of us understood why he started running. Then we became a bit anxious, says Swahn.
Christer himself explains that he wanted to challenge fate a little bit.
- I did not feel calm and wanted to see how the moose calf reacted when I started running, but I regretted along the way, says Sjögren.
There you go, golf is an exciting sport after all.
