Turkey states that Europe is facing collapse and religious war, as if we didn't know already.

Europe is heading for the abyss and religious war, said Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, while commenting on the elections in the Netherlands.

Cavusoglu's comments were given to the state news agency Anadolu, reports ABC Nyheter.

- There is no difference between the social democrat (party) and the fascist (Geert) Wilders. They are of the same mentality.

- You are taking Europe toward an abyss. Soon religious wars will break out in Europe. That's the way it's going, said Cavusoglu.

Turkey and the Netherlands are in the middle of a diplomatic feud, after two Turkish ministers were refused to hold political meetings in the Netherlands ahead of a referendum in Turkey, where President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan asks to expand and extend his power.

The Turkish foreign minister now believes the political parties in Europe are leading the continent towards breakdown.

It's hard to disagree actually, as long as the clueless non-elected bureaucrats in the EU are running things. Non-elected bureaucrats who elected governments actually have to bow to. That's the problem.
