Dr. Sandra Lee, AKA Dr. Pimple Popper, is a famous dermatologist whose passion seems to be popping pimples and sharing the footage with her loyal popaholic fans.

In this video, Dr. Lee's 85-year-old patient has an enormous spot on her upper back. It resembles a flat black disc that looks similar to a very large mole. The elderly woman wants to have it removed by the skin expert Dr. Sandra Lee because it’s unsightly and she also worries it could be a signal for a more serious health condition.

Watch Dr. Sandra Lee remove the ‘mole’ and find out what it really is; a Blackhead. Blackheads are a feature of acne, a common skin condition that involves lesions frequently referred to as pimples, spots, zits, whiteheads or blackheads. Blackheads are a specific kind of dark acne lesion, so-called because they contain oxidized melanin, the pigment made by skin cells called melanocytes.
