If you want white sandy beaches, a year-round temperature of 30C, dolphin spotting on your doorstep and snorkelling just 20 minutes away, then get bidding on this 1.6 hectare island off the coast of Belize in the Caribbean, The Sun reports.
In the description the seller explains: “I’ve been sympathetically restoring it and due to unforeseen circumstances have decided to move back to the UK.
“It’s with a heavy heart that I put this land up for sale, but to the right person it will be a wonderful escape and a great investment potential.”
There is only one day left to get your bid in, or you can buy now for the price of $1.24 million.
