Two Men Arrested In Restaurant After They Refused To Pull Up Their Pants
Andrew Gehring and Donovan Johnson, two 22-year-old men in South Carolina, were recently arrested for disorderly conduct, after refusing to pull up their pants during a disturbance at a local restaurant.

Both men became hostile after a security guard at a local Waffle House, “asked them to leave for failing to comply with his request to pull their pants up and not show their boxers”, the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Apparently, the two men also continued to swear at police officers who were trying to arrange rides home for them.

“Mr. Johnson and Mr. Gehring both advised that they were out to have fun,” the report continued, “[They] implied they were Wofford students graduating this date and it wasn’t their concern that proper decorum was needed in the public domain.”

In reality, Gehring was expelled from the school after being arrested for burglary and grand larceny in 2011.
