Teenager? no way!
A Swedish reporter goes to Budapest to ask random Hungarians what they think is the right age of some of the migrants who have come to Sweden, claiming to be unaccompanied refugee children.

The vast majority of those seeking asylum in Sweden know that they should declare themselves as a minors if possible.

The benefits of those claiming an age under 18 years old are in fact enormous.

Unaccompanied refugee children seeking asylum (EMA) are immediately entitled to a place to live, education, a better financial situation than adults - and sharply increased chances of remaining in Sweden.

In addition it gives an automatic possibility of family reunification, and this alone has almost certainly been one of the most important reasons why an increasing number of "anchor children" has been sent to Sweden from nationalities like Afghanistan, as these benefits become better known.

And since Sweden has abandoned age testing, it's pretty much up to the asylum seekers themselves to come up with an identity and an age, fake or not, the Swedish authorities buy it regardless it seems.

At least the Hungarians, and most others certainly think so.

"I think Sweden is going down a road that it might not recover from."
