Large clash between locals and asylum seekers in Finland
FINLAND: Dozens of armed Finns last week attacked an asylum center in Forssa, after a 15-year-old Finnish boy had been assaulted by asylum seekers.

Last Monday a 15 year old Finnish boy was attacked by asylum seekers from the asylum center in the town of Forssa, northwest of Helsinki.

It was the straw that broke the camel's back for the locals. The day after the abuse dozens of local people, armed with clubs and sticks, went to the reception center to take revenge.

There a large brawl between the Finns and a large number of asylum seekers broke out. According to Finnish media, as many as hundred people from both sides participated in the clash.

Five people were injured in the fighting, which was interrupted when police came to the site. Some of those involved were arrested, suspected of abuse and threats.

Two days after the fight, about a hundred locals gathered outside the asylum center to protest against the asylum seekers presence there.

Demonstrators carried Finnish flags and a poster with the text "Invaders go home."

A large crowd of people had also gathered at the place to hear the message from the protesters.

Finnish Sisu - one should never test it.
