She has been through three nose operations, an eyebrow lift, three rib operations and four breast operations. These are only some of the operations Pixee Fox has gone through to resemble her idol.

Wants to look like a cartoon character

The 26-year-old from Gävle in Sweden, namely has a burning desire to resemble the cartoon character Holli Would.

In the new Swedish documentary series "Outsiders" broadcasted on Channel 5, Fox says that since she decided to change her appearance, she has had full focus on it.

- My whole life revolves around plastic surgery and my lifestyle, so it's a 7-4 job, but my breasts are so large that it can be difficult to do certain things, she says in the program.

Fox had the first operation in 2010, and recently became the first in the world to remove six ribs to reduce her waist.

- I wanted to see how far I can reach, how much I can create. I have a particular image of how I will look like in the end, she says.

She calls herself "The Living Cartoon," and has 189,000 followers on Instagram. Fox constantly posts new photos of herself.
