Wang Jianlin is founder of the Wanda Group, a conglomerate that operates with both real estate and entertainment.

According to the Forbes' list of China's richest in 2015, Jianlin has seen his wealth skyrocket from $13.2 billion to 30 billion dollars the last year.

The sum, which exceeds the gross domestic product of Iceland, has grown in spite of difficult times in the world's second largest economy, largely due to emission of two of Jianlin subsidiaries.

The billionaire said to Forbes that market forces and creative opportunities are essential to build up huge businesses in China and stresses that this is more important than a large personal network.

- It's nice to have money. The majority of those who have money, especially very rich people, are good people, he said in a brief appearance during the publication of the list.

Calculations of the average income of Jianlin in the past year, showed that he earned more than $200,000 during the seven minutes he was on the stage.
