The 28-year-old, Abdul Wahab, who blew himself up in Stockholm four years ago got help from al-Qaeda, according to Iraqi sources.

It appears in the SVT program Uppdrag Granskning.

- The Swedish suicide bomber had support by al-Qaeda, they planned everything, says an Iraqi intelligence officer to the TV channel.

This information is contrary to the conclusions of the Swedish security police SAPO, who believes the man acted on his own.

The Iraqi intelligence officer states that Iraqi officials have been in Sweden to help with the investigation, which Swedish prosecutors claim to know nothing about.

It was during December, in the middle of the Christmas rush in Stockholm in 2010 that the young Muslim father of three, first blew up a car at Olof Palmes gata in central Stockholm, before he a few minutes later set off a bomb a few blocks away.

Thankfully no one was injured in the blasts, with the exception of Abdul Wahab himself, who died shortly after the last explosion.
