Germany allows 20 new US nukes to be placed in the country
USA will in the near future deploy 20 new nukes, each four times as big as the Hiroshima bomb, in Germany.

This escalation by NATO, against Russia, happens after Chancellor Angela Merkel has said yes to America's desire to strengthen the nuclear arsenal in Europe.

These days preparations for the German air force base in Büchel in Rheinland-Pfalz, has started, reports the German television station ZDF.

The 20 bombs of the type B 61-12 are not only four times as big as the Hiroshima bomb. They are considerably more accurate.

The bombs will, should they be used, be loaded on German Tornado fighter planes within the framework of the NATO cooperation.

- This new attack option against Russia is a deliberate provocation against our Russian neighbors, says former secretary of the German Defense Ministry, Willy Wimmer, to ZDF.

The newspaper Deutsche Wirtschaft Nachrichten writes that the deployment is contrary to the majority decision from 2009 and 2010 in the Bundestag, that the existing nuclear weapons deployed on German soil, should be withdrawn.

Angela Merkel has nevertheless given the green light to the new, powerful nuclear weapons.
