The video is one of the most brutal yet in a series released by the jihadis of killings of opponents in areas under ISIS control.

In the seven minutes long sick and professional made propaganda video, captives are first giving interviews, and some are smiling, totally unaware of what is going to happen to them next.

Then a group are shot with a rocket launcher while locked in an old car.

The next sequence shows five men who are filmed being drowned in a pool in the ISIS stronghold of Mosul in Iraq.

The final sequence shows seven prisoners being chained together with explosive necklaces, which are then detonated.

Where is the international community when this happens? Where is the UN? Where are the worlds armies? Where is the Arabic League, which Iraq is part of?

The video can be seen here, but be warned, it is extremely graphic, and ISIS propaganda.
